The Clarius Performance Analysis clearly reveals things about job candidates that are difficult to detect in a job interview. We had one candidate who did well in an initial interview, but whose Performance Analysis results raised some questions. Based on the assessment results, we asked some more focused questions in a subsequent interview. The candidate’s answers to those questions were not what we were looking for, and we subsequently disqualified the candidate. I view the Clarius Performance Analysis as a valuable tool for identifying and hiring people who can and will produce.

What is the RAPID™ Hiring Process?

The RAPID Hiring Process uses a series of highly validated, on-line personnel assessments to determine if a candidate who interviews well has a high likelihood of performing well.

  • Results: Define the Key Results Profile for this position.

    The Clarius RAPID Hiring Process starts by defining success for the position being filled. By first defining success for the job, the RAPID process clarifies the specific attributes that top job candidates will possess.

  • Assess: Assess Current Staff and correlate to Key Results Profile.

    The RAPID process then analyzes individuals who are currently employed in the position. Benchmarking current employees identifies how well the current staff measures up to the ideal job profile and clarifies the critical attributes required for success in the position.

  • Preview: Screen Job Candidates.
