We use Eric Herrenkohl and the Clarius Performance Analysis to help validate the decisions we make in hiring sales people. The process was so accurate in describing the strengths and weaknesses of our current sales staff that I have begun using the tool to screen every new sales person we bring into the company. As I look at our new sales people, I think it will be very useful to know their strengths and weaknesses as well as key areas for deveoplment from the begining. We now view this as a critical piece of our sales hiring process.
